Dear Ole,
I write you because I have a Norwegian stamp and I didn't find anything about it. Can you help me? I would mainly know the year. It is an "A Europa" stamp and we can see a traffic sign who says "Gjelder hele Svalbard". I have got this stamp from a postcard from Svalbard. The postmark says "Posten Norge A92" and the date is 31-01-17. I hope you can help me.

Sorry for late answer.
This is a Personalised Stamp. (The offical stamp from the norwegian was issued 16th April 2010)
Your stamps with a traffic sign which warns about the dangger to meet polar bears all over Svaldbard is issued at Longyearbyen post office. It is very popular among tourists sending postcards back home.
